Continuing with a mini-theme I’ve been using as of late, I played around with a plugin that I haven’t utilized much. This is the Supatrigga plugin by Bram/Smartelectronix. This is a great plugin if you are trying to get a stuttering/reverse/glitchy sound. I’m really glad that I’ve been exploring all my tools. It’s especially easy to feel like you need a new plugin/pedal/instrument/etc. Right now I feel content to learn what I have and create good things. Listening back to some of these experiments, they may provide some material for my next album, which I am beginning to work on. This music was created with 4 tracks. The signal chain was jazzmaster guitar > MOTU 828 > Supatrigga and that’s about it besides the usual reverb/limiting at the end.
