048 – Decimate

After doing my post on data bending, I discovered an iPhone app that can do something similiar. It contains a bunch of different fx or processes you can run on your photos and they have strange names like M0T0R and L225. This is more predictable than doing experiments yourself with a hex editor, but it is still fun to use. The app is called ‘Decimat8‘. The picture is one I took in September of the Pacific Ocean (Southern California).
