303 – Piezo

Today I installed a piezo in my lapharp. I used a guitar endpin jack (since the wood side was so thick) and this took a long time since I used some dowel rod shavings to reinforce the hole. I have to check my wiring since there’s more hum than I think there should be, but overall it was successful.
 
*update – the hum seems to be cable or interface related. Moral of the story – check everything.
