188 – Glockenspiel

This is the result of experimenting with a contact mic on my glockenspiel. I wanted to create a pad or drone from it, so I time-stretched it using Paul’s Extreme Sound Stretch and I also pitched it down 1 or 2 octaves. This experiment and the one I did with the melodica are helping me to figure out the direction of my music.
