128 – Singing Bowl

I’ve had this singing bowl for a couple of years now and I love to pick it up and play it sometimes. If you’re not familiar with these, they make a droning sound, with a fundamental pitch and harmonics. The bowl is played by rubbing the wooden beater around the perimeter of the bowl while holding it in the palm of one hand. A very powerful sound, so don’t turn your volume up too much!
